At Forever Memories by Steph, every item is handmade and carefully checked before it is sent.
Change of Mind
We do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind, including if you choose the wrong wrap, glitter colour or design.
Please check your order details carefully before completing your purchase.
Personalised and Custom Orders
Personalised and custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged because they are made specifically for you, unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please contact us as soon as possible if your item arrives damaged, is faulty or is different from what you ordered.
Include:
- Your order number
- A description of the problem
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate repair, replacement or refund.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our products come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded.
