Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 3–7 business days.
Processing times may be longer during busy periods, large order volumes or for personalised products. Customers will be contacted if there is a significant delay.
Processing time is separate from delivery time.
Shipping
Orders are shipped from Victoria, Australia using tracked postage.
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided with your order.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
Forever Memories by Steph is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post, other shipping carriers, severe weather or circumstances outside our control.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.
Additional postage costs may apply if an order is returned because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
Please contact us if your parcel arrives damaged or appears to be lost.
Include your order number and any relevant photos so we can help investigate the issue with the shipping carrier.
